What began with diagnosis has become a heart driven lifestyle. As I, Diana, have journeyed through diagnosis for both myself and for our son, I have met so many remarkable people who have been generous with their own stories. Those stories have really inspired and helped me way more than well meaning advice.
The power of sharing a story gives space for the person listening to feel seen, to be inspired and to know they are not alone and ultimately disarm the power of negative emotions like shame and the coping strategies around that.
While standing at the kitchen sink one day and comedy unfolding around me I said "even the dog has ADHD." And with the usual impulse I sat down and created this site, not sure what for but I went with it.
As people shared their stories with me, one in particular, I thought that people need to hear them. So the idea of the podcast was born. As I worked on the mechanics of recording the podcast and finally landed on video as well as audio some people were not fully comfortable with sharing their story on camera. And they are powerful stories so, this whole website is dedicated to people who would like to share their family life story, on the podcast or in a blog post.
You are very welcome here and I hope you find the affirmation, satisfy curiosity and perhaps are inspired to share your own story.

We are now recording season 2 and would really like to hear from people who support neurodivergent families in all sorts of contexts healthcare, education, venue hosting, HR to name but a few.
We would also really like to hear from people who have lost someone in their family and are now beginning to recognise neurodivergent traits the had.
And if you would just like to share your story on the blog get in touch using the button below.
