05 / About Diana

Hi, I'm Diana.

I'm so glad you're here, exploring the podcast and the person behind it. I'm a certified life coach helping adults navigate ADHD and autism, my coaching grew from my own journey, learning how to turn understanding into strength and self-trust.

My Approach

Like being a midwife to a soul.

It is such a privilege to walk beside someone as they find their “aha” moments, to be witness as a person discovers, or rediscovers, parts of themselves that may have been stuck or hidden. And then there's the space for new growth.

For You

Maybe you just feel ready for more.

Sometimes change comes after a diagnosis, a shift in a relationship, or simply knowing something needs to give. Or maybe you just feel ready, because you know you were made for more. Curious whether coaching might be a good fit for you?

Work with me

Three doors into the work.

Depending on what your nervous system is asking for: a one-to-one, a small group, or a place to play.
