Six sessions to build something steadier. A coaching programme for adults with ADHD, autism or both, who want more than a single clarity session but do not need between-session support.

When coping is no longer enough.

Many capable people spend years building ways to get through life.

You may have learned to push harder, mask more, over-prepare, leave things until pressure kicks in, hold everything in your head, or keep moving so you do not have to feel how much it is costing you.

Those strategies may have helped you survive. But they may not be helping you build the life you actually want.

The Well gives you a structured coaching space to step back, understand the pattern, and begin creating better support around the life you are already living.

What The Well helps with.

The Well gives us enough time to move from insight into structure. Together, we look at what is currently creating friction, what keeps pulling you off course, and what would make life feel more manageable and more enjoyable. This may include:

  • Understanding your ADHD, autism or neurodivergent patterns in daily life.
  • Looking at where your energy is being drained.
  • Identifying the routines, expectations or systems that are not working.
  • Creating practical structures for planning, work, home, family or business.
  • Building a clearer sense of what actually supports you.
  • Making changes in a direction that matters to you, not just changes that make you look more organised.

The Well is not about forcing yourself into a better routine.

It is about understanding what you need around you so that life stops depending quite so much on pressure, crisis, masking or last-minute effort.

Who The Well is for.

The Well may be right for you if:

  • You want more than a one-off session, but twelve weeks feels more than you need right now.
  • You have some clarity about what is hard, but you need help turning that into practical change.
  • You are tired of collecting advice that does not translate into real life.
  • You know you need better structure, but you do not want another rigid system that collapses after two weeks.
  • You want thoughtful, direct coaching that can hold the complexity of your life without making it more complicated.
  • You are ready to begin making changes, but want to do that at a pace that feels realistic.

The Well is not right for you if.

The Well is a strong coaching container, but it is not the right fit for every situation. It may not be right for you if:

  • You want intensive support between sessions. The Well does not include between-session support. If you want coaching that continues through the week, Wonderland is likely to be a better fit.
  • You are in active crisis and need urgent mental health, safeguarding or therapeutic support. Coaching can be powerful, but it is not emergency support or a substitute for therapy, medical care or crisis services.
  • You want someone to give you a fixed system to follow without adapting it to your life. The Well is not about handing you a template and telling you to try harder. We work out what actually fits.
  • You are looking for diagnosis, medication advice or clinical treatment. This is coaching. It can support you alongside diagnosis, therapy or medical care, but it does not replace them.
  • You want accountability based on pressure, chasing or shame. I will help you build structure and notice patterns, but this work is not about forcing compliance.
  • You know you want deeper identity, life redesign or business support over a longer period. In that case, Wonderland may be the better container because it gives us twelve sessions and support between sessions.
  • You only want a one-off clarity session. If you need to get everything out of your head and understand what matters most right now, Map Making is probably the better starting point.

How it works.

Session 1 · 90 minutes

The opening session

We begin by looking properly at the terrain. This first session gives us space to understand what has brought you here, what feels most important now, and what you want to begin changing.

We look at the key patterns, pressures and possibilities, so the rest of the work has a clear direction.

Sessions 2 to 6 · 60 minutes each

Where we build

The following five sessions are where we begin building. We work with the real material of your life: the stuck places, the friction, the responsibilities, the ideas, the overwhelm, the avoidance, the ambition, the things that matter and the things that keep getting in the way.

Across the six sessions, we create a clearer understanding of what is happening and begin putting structures in place that you can actually use.

The shape of the work.

Clarity

We begin by naming what is really going on. Not every problem deserves the same amount of attention. Some things are urgent because they are loud. Other things are important because they keep shaping everything else. The work begins by telling the difference.

Structure

Once we know what matters, we start building around it. This might involve planning, routines, boundaries, decision-making, communication, work rhythms, recovery time or ways to reduce friction at home or in business. The structure has to fit your life, not an imaginary version of it.

Direction

The aim is not to fix everything in six sessions. The aim is to create enough clarity and structure that you can begin moving differently. By the end, you should know what needs your attention, what support looks like for you, and what changes are worth continuing.

What you leave with.

By the end of The Well, you should have a clearer understanding of:

  • What is most important for you right now.
  • Which patterns are repeatedly costing you energy.
  • What kind of structure actually supports you.
  • What needs to change in your day-to-day life.
  • What your next practical steps are.
  • How to keep moving in a direction that feels more manageable and more enjoyable.

You will not leave with a generic life plan.

You will leave with more useful information about yourself, your patterns, your needs and the structures that are worth building now.

What is included.

The Well includes:

  • One 90-minute opening session.
  • Five 60-minute coaching sessions.
  • A focused coaching space over six sessions.
  • Practical support with ADHD, autism, executive function, energy, structure and life design.
  • A clear direction for what to continue after the programme.
  • A written or mapped summary if useful, depending on the shape of the work.

Pricing shared on your Discovery Call

The Well does not include between-session support. That is the main difference between The Well and Wonderland.

The Well gives you a clear coaching container. Wonderland gives you a deeper twelve-week container with support between sessions.

The Well sits between Map Making and Wonderland.

Is The Well right for you?

The Well is a good fit if you want a thoughtful, practical coaching container without committing to the deeper support of Wonderland.

It gives us enough time to work properly, but it is still contained. It is for the stage where you are ready to understand the pattern, build better structure and begin making changes in the direction you actually want to move in.
