Wonderland is a twelve-session coaching programme for adults with ADHD, autism or both, who are ready for deeper work across identity, structure, energy, ambition, relationships, work, family or business.

This is for the point where you know that small adjustments are not enough. You may have done the coping. You may have gathered the insight. But knowing what is happening and changing the way you live are not the same thing.

When the old architecture no longer fits.

Many neurodivergent adults become very good at adapting. You may have learned to mask, over-function, push through, hold everything together, work in bursts, recover in secret, or organise life around other people’s expectations.

Those strategies may have got you this far. But at some point, the structure starts to creak.

You realise you do not just need a better planner, a better routine or another productivity trick. You need to understand the whole design: the way your energy works, the patterns you keep repeating, the standards you are living under, and the parts of life that need to be rebuilt around who you actually are now.

Wonderland is for that work.

What Wonderland helps with.

Wonderland gives us a longer coaching container to work with complexity properly. Together, we look at what is happening on the surface and what is happening underneath it: the identity shifts, emotional load, old rules, nervous system patterns, executive function struggles and life structures that shape how you move through the world.

  • You want a rigid programme where every week is pre-decided regardless of what is actually happening.

How it works.

Session 1

The 90-minute opening session

We begin by looking properly at the landscape: what has brought you here, what feels most important now, and what you want to begin changing. This gives the programme a strong starting direction.

Sessions 2 to 6

Building the foundations

The first part is more guided. We understand the terrain, what drains you, what keeps repeating, what systems are missing, and begin building clearer structure, better language, practical supports, boundaries and rhythms.

Sessions 7 to 12

The work becomes client-led

Patterns become clearer and choices sharper. The later sessions follow what is becoming most alive in your actual life. The structure is still held, but the content is increasingly shaped by what you are discovering and choosing.

Between-session support.

Wonderland includes between-session support because the real work does not only happen inside the sessions. Life keeps moving between calls. Decisions come up. Patterns appear. Something lands after a session, or something that felt clear becomes messy when you try to act on it.

  • A reflection after a session.
  • A decision you are trying to make.
  • A pattern you have noticed in real time.
  • A small piece of accountability.
  • A message when you feel stuck, avoidant or overwhelmed.
  • A question that helps keep the work moving.
  • A moment where you need help turning insight into a next step.

This is not 24-hour crisis support, emergency support, or unlimited coaching by message. It is a thoughtful support channel to help the work stay connected to real life.

The shape of the work.

Entering the landscape

We begin by understanding the world you are actually living in. Not the polished version, the real one: responsibilities, work, family, health, identity, ambition, capacity, money, relationships, home, energy and the things that keep looping.

Finding the pattern

Once the landscape is visible, we look for the patterns. Where do you over-function, disappear from yourself, rely on urgency, mask, avoid or perform? We look at what is happening without turning it into a character flaw.

Building the architecture

Insight matters, but it is not enough. We design the supports, systems and structures that fit the life you are trying to build: planning rhythms, communication scripts, decision structures, recovery time, boundaries and ways to protect energy. The architecture has to fit you, or it will not last.

Taking the lead

As the programme develops, you begin bringing more of the material. The work becomes less about being guided through a fixed process and more about learning to notice what matters and lead your own life with more honesty. The aim is not dependence; it is stronger self-trust.

Integration

The final part is about gathering what has changed and making it usable. What do you now understand? What structures are staying? What old rules are being retired? We make the work practical enough to continue after the programme ends.

By the end of Wonderland, you should have a clearer understanding of:

  • Which survival strategies have been helping you, and which are now costing too much.
  • What your energy, attention and capacity need from the structure around you.

  • How to build personal architecture that supports your actual life.
  • How to keep noticing, choosing and adjusting after the programme ends.

You will not leave with a fantasy version of your life. You will leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, stronger structures, clearer direction and a more honest way of moving forward.
