Single session

Start with Map-Making.

When your thoughts, responsibilities, questions, emotions and possible next steps are all competing for attention, it can be hard to know where to begin.

Map Making gives you a place to put everything down, look at the shape of the situation, and work out what needs attention first.

This is a structured 90-minute coaching session, with a 30-minute follow-up one week later, for people who want clarity before they make their next move.

Map Making

A focused session to help you see what is actually going on.

When your thoughts, responsibilities, questions, emotions and possible next steps are all competing for attention, it can be hard to know where to begin.

Map Making gives you a place to put everything down, look at the shape of the situation, and work out what needs attention first. This is a structured 90-minute coaching session for adults who want clarity before they make their next move.

You may be newly diagnosed, exploring ADHD or autism, navigating family life, rethinking work, building a business, or simply realising that the way you have been coping is no longer enough.

Map Making is for the moment when you know something needs to change, but you cannot yet see the route.

What we map.

Every Map Making session is different because every person arrives with a different landscape. We may look at:

01

Work, business or study

02

Executive function and daily structure

03

Family life and emotional load

04

ADHD, autism, diagnosis or identity

05

Decision points and competing priorities

06

Capacity, energy and pressure

07

Patterns that keep repeating

08

What kind of support may be useful next

The aim is not to analyse everything forever. The aim is to identify what matters now and what needs to happen next. You do not need to arrive with everything neatly explained — that is the point of the session. You bring the situation. We make the map.

How it works

A single session, step by step.

1

Settle in

A calm, judgement-free start. Nothing to prepare and no performance required, we simply begin.

2

Explore the diagnosis

We unpack what your ADHD or autism diagnosis actually means for you, in plain language.

3

Map your brain

How your mind really works: your strengths, your sticking points, and the patterns underneath.

4

Name what matters

Together we map the areas of life that matter most right now, and where to focus first.

5

Leave with your map

You leave with a clear personal map and a few practical next steps that feel possible to begin.

What you leave with.

By the end of the session, you should have a clearer sense of:

  • What is actually happening
  • What patterns are affecting the situation
  • What is creating the most pressure
  • What needs attention first
  • What your next practical step could be
  • Whether ongoing coaching would be useful

This is not a magic fix or a generic action plan. It is a grounded starting point.

What is included.

Map Making includes:

  • A 90-minute coaching session
  • A 30-minute follow-up session
  • Space to explore your current situation properly
  • A clear sense of the main themes, pressure points and next steps
  • Guidance on whether further coaching would be useful and what kind of support may fit

Investment: £290

I’ve had these ideas for more than 20 years, and now I’m actually doing them.

Is Map Making right for you?

Map Making may be right for you if you are ready to pause, think, and look honestly at what is happening. It is especially useful if you do not yet know whether you need coaching, a longer programme, a different structure, or simply a clearer understanding of where to begin.

It may be a good fit

If you are ready to pause, think, and look honestly at what is happening, and you want a clearer understanding of where to begin.

It may not be the fit

If you are looking for crisis support, therapeutic treatment, diagnosis, or someone to tell you exactly what to do without a conversation.

Map Making is coaching. It is collaborative, practical and reflective.

What it feels like to work with me.

During and after our sessions, I experienced a sense of clarity, almost as if a fog had been lifted. A calm, non-judgemental approach that created a safe space for honest reflection and growth.
