WONDERLAND is a coaching journey for anyone ready to live with more clarity, energy, and confidence in their own wiring.


It’s designed for neurodivergent thinkers, deep feelers, and those who know there’s a gentler, truer way to live and work one that honours both your mind and your nervous system.


Each stage builds upon the last, guiding you through a full-spectrum transformation.


From self-understanding and regulation to identity reclamation and joyful embodiment.


It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering yourself through the senses, through awareness, through what makes you you.

Transform in Your wonderland

The Journey of the Senses

In WONDERLAND, transformation unfolds through the senses your body’s natural compass for self-awareness and regulation. You'll learn about the other 34 senses we have as we journey together.


You’ll learn to recognise how your sensory world shapes your energy, emotions, and choices.


Sight – How do you see yourself, your space, your story?
Sound – What tones calm or activate your nervous system? What words shape your beliefs?
Touch – How do texture, comfort, and connection help you feel grounded?
Taste – How do you savour life — through nourishment, pleasure, or pause?
Movement – How does motion or stillness help you feel balanced and whole?


Every session invites you to notice, feel, and integrate, moving from intellectual insight into embodied understanding.

The Ten Chapters of WONDERLAND

Each chapter marks a step in your personal evolution, a deepening of awareness, agency, and alignment.


Welcome – Arrive as you are. Create safety and curiosity.
Orient – Understand your wiring and sensory world.
Nourish – Learn what your mind and body truly need to thrive.
Decide – Reclaim agency, boundaries, and choice.
Embrace – Make peace with all your inner parts.
Reimagine – See beyond old stories. Hear what’s calling you forward.
Light – Rediscover your energy, creativity, and play.
Anchor – Root your new rhythms in sensory rituals and practices.
Name – Give language to your truth and identity.
Delight – Live in alignment, with joy and ease.

The WONDERLAND Experience

Each session is a blend of reflection, embodiment, and sensory integration — guided by curiosity and shaped around your energy and season of life.


Together, we explore the beliefs, patterns, and possibilities that shape how you live and lead.
You’ll have the tools, space, and support to move beyond awareness into embodied change.

You’ll leave each session with practical sensory anchors rhythms, routines, and ways of noticing that help your nervous system rest, regulate, and reset.

WONDERLAND is for anyone ready to live, lead, or create from a place of self-trust and alignment. You might be:  


  • Learning to live in rhythm with your neurodivergent wiring  
  • Rebuilding after burnout or change

What's Inside Wonderland

VIP Wonderland

For 1:1 Clients — The Leap of Wonder

A structured, personalised coaching journey that adapts to your energy, goals, and pace.

Includes:

  • 12 x sessions (or 8 intensives)
     
  • Weekly Voxer support between sessions for reflection and guidance
     
  • Up to two Belief Coding® sessions, scheduled at key points in your journey
     
  • Personal tools and practices tailored to you (values mapping, sensory mapping, belief work, somatic grounding, etc.) Build your own library of resources.
     
  • Optional breathing or sensory grounding practice at the start of sessions
     
  • Flexible scheduling around your commitments and energy cycles
     

You bring your focus and curiosity; I bring the frameworks, tools, and belief work that help you move from insight into confident, embodied change.


For Group Clients — The Path of Curiosity - Max 6 People

A shared experience designed for reflection, connection, and collective growth.

Includes:


  • 10 group sessions over 12 weeks
     
  • One Belief Coding® session with Diana (booked individually)
     
  • Integration week following the coding sessions
     
  • Participants not doing coding that week receive two private 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each)
     
  • Reflection prompts and embodiment practices between sessions
     
  • Optional community check-ins and shared accountability
     
  • Access to replays and a private resource hub
     

The group experience brings structure, community, and insight combining shared exploration with space for individual reflection.
